Refund & Returns Policy – Eyelitl’Agence

Overview

At Eyelitl’Agence, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Returns Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.

If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
